We are looking for an assistant general manager at a high-end sushi restaurant in New York's West Village. As an assistant to the restaurant's general manager, you will be responsible for overall service quality control, staff development, guest support, operation optimization, and cooperation with management.
Eligibility
- At least 5 years of work experience in high-end restaurants (including 2 or more years of management experience)
- Understanding of ingredients and cooking techniques (no sushi experience required)
- Basic knowledge about wine and beverages
- Those who have excellent customer responsiveness and communication skills
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, Dropbox, etc.)

Annual salary $85,000 - $95,000

Full time (5 days a week, shift system)
