NY | Captain (High-End Sushi Restaurant)

A high-end sushi restaurant in New York is hiring a professional Captain to lead lunch service and support dinner operations. This role requires a polished hospitality background, excellent leadership, and food and beverage knowledge. Full-time preferred, part-time (minimum 3 days/week) also available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of fine dining service experience
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Intermediate knowledge of beer, wine, and general beverages
• Fish and sake knowledge is a plus
• Guest-focused, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Honest and calm under pressure

Salary
$50.00–$70.00 per hour (including tips)

Work Schedule

• Lunch: 11:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Dinner: 5:30 PM – 11:30 PM
• Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days/week)
