We are looking for sous chefs at a high-end Japanese restaurant located on Madison Avenue in New York. While leading the team, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of kitchen operations, such as managing cooking sites, developing staff, and improving work efficiency.
Eligibility
- 5+ years of BOH management experience in fine restaurants
- NYC Food Handlers License (required)
- Experience in teaching staff and managing schedules
- Operation skills for Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Reading, writing and conversation skills in English
- Understanding US Labor Standards and Health Standards

Annual salary $70,000 - $75,000 (determined by experience)
