We are looking for sous chefs at a high-end Japanese restaurant located on Madison Avenue in New York. While leading the team, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of kitchen operations, such as managing cooking sites, developing staff, and improving work efficiency.

Eligibility

  • 5+ years of BOH management experience in fine restaurants
  • NYC Food Handlers License (required)
  • Experience in teaching staff and managing schedules
  • Operation skills for Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Reading, writing and conversation skills in English
  • Understanding US Labor Standards and Health Standards
