An upscale restaurant group in Manhattan is looking for an executive sous chef. You will be responsible for overseeing all restaurant kitchen operations in a position that requires a high level of organization, coordination, and attention to detail. You will play a central role in the cooking site, such as operation management and staff guidance during sales.

Eligibility

  • At least 3 years of cooking experience in large restaurants
  • Cooking College Graduates Welcome
  • NYC Food Protection Certificate (Food Hygiene Supervisor Qualification) required
  • Understanding and analysis skills related to cost and profit and loss calculation
  • Operation skills for Microsoft Office and HR management systems
  • Those who can handle flexible work schedules (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
  • Those who can stand for a long time or transport heavy objects (up to about 20 kg)

Annual salary of $75,000 to $85,000 (preferential treatment depending on experience)
