We are looking for new members to welcome customers as hosts (receptionists) at a high-end Japanese restaurant on Madison Avenue. With a high class sense of service and a warm face, you will be greeted, and you will be responsible for all reception work, such as escorting them to your guest room.
Main business
- Meet and greet customers and guide them to their seats
- Manage reservations and adjust seat arrangements
- Data management using reservation systems such as OpenTable
- Maintaining and improving service quality and responding to customer requests
- In-store cleanliness management and strategic customer service flow planning
Eligibility
- Over 2 years of experience hosting a fine dining restaurant
- Practical experience with reservation systems such as OpenTable and TOCK
- High level of communication skills
- Coordination and experience in teamwork
salary
$21.00 to $23.00/hour (determined by experience)
