Job Description:

• Assist the General Manager in implementing standard operating procedures
• Support floor service staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and supervise the team
• Manage guest relations and outreach, reservations, and special requests
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and plan scheduling
• Update menus and manage printed materials, maintain and update training materials
• Manage initial hiring process and provide beverage support

Qualifications Sought:

• Knowledge of best practices in hospitality operations and customer service
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
• Understanding of hospitality management software
• Proficiency in English; Japanese language understanding and conversational ability is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
