Key Responsibilities
- Prepare nigiri, sashimi, rolls, and other sushi items with precision
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times
- Develop new sushi recipes and seasonal menu items
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service
- Manage inventory and place orders for supplies as needed
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
- Oversee ingredient quality and freshness
- Participate in catering and special events

Qualifications
- More than 5 years of professional sushi experience

Salary
$80,000 – $150,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
