This position involves overseeing all culinary operations including menu development, food safety compliance, staff leadership, and cost control. Key Responsibilities
- Lead all culinary production, including retail, board meals, and catering
- Train and develop culinary team members, ensuring top performance and engagement

- Ensure food safety standards and regulatory compliance (ServSafe preferred)
Qualifications

- ServSafe Certification preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT systems
Salary
$95,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience)
