We are seeking a passionate Japanese cuisine chef to lead our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in authentic Japanese cooking and a deep understanding of Japanese culinary techniques.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute seasonal menus featuring traditional and contemporary Japanese cuisine.
  • Supervise kitchen operations, maintaining high standards for food quality and service.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff in Japanese culinary techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a chef in a Japanese restaurant required. Culinary school degree preferred.
