Job Description:

  • Plan and seasonally update the menu of luxury Japanese cuisine.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury Japanese restaurant.
  • Deep knowledge and skills in Japanese cuisine; a culinary school degree is preferred.
