We are looking for an executive chef at a high-end restaurant in New York. At this restaurant, which serves refined European cuisine, you will be responsible for all tasks such as menu development and quality control. We welcome those who want to take advantage of their experience in fine dining and European cuisine.
Eligibility
- 5+ years of kitchen management experience in fine restaurants
- Experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef
- Experience with European cuisine (especially English cuisine)
- Financial management knowledge (cost management, labor management, profit maximization)
- Staff recruitment/development/management experience
- Experience in menu development and event support
salary
Annual salary $110,000 - $130,000 (quarterly bonus system available)
