Job Description

  • Lead and manage the sushi team in daily operations, ensuring top-tier food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Collaborate with upper management to design an innovative sushi program using seasonal ingredients and cutting-edge techniques
  • Maintain rigorous hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
  • Train and mentor staff, fostering a high-performance, positive work culture
  • Stay ahead of sushi trends, source the finest ingredients, and create an exceptional dining experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sushi Chef, preferably in a Michelin-starred or upscale restaurant
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Deep knowledge of Japanese culinary techniques and sushi craftsmanship
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
