Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in the hospitality industry
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant floor operations
- Expertise in food and beverage
- Exceptional service skills and hospitality mindset
- Experience in training and mentoring restaurant staff
- Self-driven with strong leadership qualities
- Preferably with experience managing a large-scale restaurant
- Knowledge of the New York restaurant industry is a plus
