Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sushi Chef
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef (preferred)
- Expertise in Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to adapt to various working environments
- Experience in food cost and labor cost management
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality sushi dishes, including nigiri, maki, and sashimi
- Manage ingredient sourcing, quality control, and freshness monitoring
- Support kitchen operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency
- Train and mentor staff while optimizing kitchen operations
- Oversee cost management, budgeting, and revenue goals
