  • Ingredient management (freshness monitoring, rotation, ordering)
  • Strong teamwork, organization, and sanitation compliance
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs (20 kg) regularly

Key Responsibilities

  • Sushi preparation, including fish cutting, rice preparation, and plating
  • Inventory management, monitoring ingredient freshness, and stock rotation
  • Adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Effective communication and teamwork with the kitchen staff
