Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sushi restaurant
- Strong fish preparation skills (filleting, butchering, and handling various seafood)
- Ability to maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Team-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
- Previous experience in New York restaurants is a plus but not required

Working Hours
- Day Shift: 9:00/10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
