This role involves ensuring high-quality service, managing inventory, training staff, and enhancing guest experiences. Candidates with strong expertise in mixology and wine & spirits are highly preferred.

Required Skills
- Previous management experience in the food & beverage industry (required)
- Expertise in wine, spirits, and mixology
- Strong operational management experience in restaurants and bars
- Experience in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Inventory management and cost control experience
- DOH Food Handler Certification & TIPS Certification (required or willing to obtain)
- Familiarity with reservation and POS systems like Resy and Spot On (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar and restaurant operations, ensuring top-tier service quality
- Train and evaluate staff, managing work schedules
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control
- Build strong relationships with guests and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and execute events and promotional activities
