Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, this role oversees 15 front-of-house team members to ensure a seamless guest experience. The restaurant offers a contemporary interpretation of traditional Japanese culinary techniques, featuring an à la carte menu and an elegant Wagashi tea service in the afternoon.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality management experience
- Experience in fine dining restaurants (Japanese dining experience preferred)
- Strong team leadership and training abilities
- Knowledge of cost control, revenue growth strategies, and quality assurance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance guest service standards and restaurant operations
- Assist in training, evaluating, and motivating staff to optimize performance
- Monitor food and service quality, ensuring consistency and compliance with company standards
- Oversee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Implement marketing and upselling strategies to maximize revenue
- Support recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members
- Act as the manager in their absence, ensuring smooth operations
