A Japanese restaurant in New York is seeking a Kitchen Manager. With plans to expand the business and open new locations, this unique and vibrant restaurant features a tuna disassembly show using tuna from our own farms. You will lead the team and be responsible for safe and efficient kitchen operations.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in back-of-house kitchen or operations (preferred)
  • Restaurant management experience (2+ years recommended)
  • Organized, punctual, and reliable
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and values teamwork
  • Japanese-English bilingual preferred
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds (about 18 kg)
