NY | Head Chef (Luxury Japanese Restaurant)

We are seeking an experienced Japanese cuisine chef for a luxury restaurant set to open soon in New York. Candidates who can utilize their Japanese culinary skills to lead a team and deliver top-quality dishes are welcome.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in luxury Japanese restaurants (experience in NYC preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience as a head chef or sous chef in a full-service restaurant
• Understanding of Japanese culture (preferred)
• Leadership capable of managing a team of over 25 people
• NYC residents preferred
