Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present premium nigiri, sashimi, and maki rolls
- Curate and execute omakase-style multi-course menus
- Manage ingredient sourcing, quality control, and inventory

- Train and supervise junior chefs and support staff
- Interact with guests and accommodate special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of sushi chef experience

Salary
