Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in high-end Japanese dining preferred
  • Food Safety certification preferred
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 lbs
  • Japanese-English bilingual is a plus

Salary
$33.74 per hour

Work Schedule
Full-time (Shift-based, includes weekends and evenings)
